Thank you for shopping with LimLights! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (like a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

🚫 Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    • If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at Hello@limlights.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
