At LimLights, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

✅ Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from limlights.com come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material or workmanship issues

  • Electrical or functional faults (for applicable products)

❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that do not affect function

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

🛠️ How to Claim Warranty

To start a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at Hello@limlights.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or video of the problem

  2. Our support team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.

If approved, we’ll:

  • Replace the defective item at no cost
    OR

  • Offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation

  • Warranty claims are only valid for original purchasers.

  • You may be asked to return the defective product before receiving a replacement.
